Drawing from extensive personal and professional experiences, I developed a unique approach called the Persuasive Mindset Method. This method isn’t just about career growth—it’s about transforming how women perceive and articulate their value, ensuring they can rise in visibility without the burnout of overworking.

At the Calibrate Leadership Academy, I provide tailored, one-on-one coaching that builds on these principles, supporting each woman’s individual journey towards clarity and empowerment. Recognizing the importance of community and the effectiveness of self-coaching, I am in the process of launching the Career Coaching Academy. This platform offers all the essential tools to teach my Persuasive Mindset Method, along with precise, just-in-time coaching that allows women to manage their career growth on their terms.
